05/03/2026 HM King ratifies, issues Law (9) of 2026 following approval of Shura, Representatives Councils His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa ratified and issued Law (9) of 2026, mending certain provisions of Decree-Law (20) of 2002 on the regulation of fishing, utilisation, and protection of marine resources, following its approval by the Shura Council and the Council of Representatives.The Prime Minister and the Ministers, each within their capacity, shall implement the provisions of this law, which shall come into force on the day following its publication in the Official Gazette.
